LOT-0001
General Contractor Contract for the Upgrade and Electrification of the Bus Depot Hindenburgstraße Ingolstadt.
In line with the EU Directive (EU) 2019/1161 on the promotion of clean and energy-efficient road vehicles (Clean Vehicles Directive, CVD Directive) as well as the Clean Vehicle Procurement Act (SaubFahrzeugBeschG) of June 9, 2021, public transport is to be made more climate-neutral. For this purpose, Stadtbus Ingolstadt GmbH will gradually expand its bus fleet with (partially) electrified buses by 2031. The available bus depot on Hindenburgstraße is not equipped for the planned implementation. Stadtbus Ingolstadt GmbH is accordingly planning an upgrade of the existing bus depot to create the necessary capacities and charging infrastructure. The services include planning, approval, and construction of the associated civil engineering measures, including, among other things, the construction of the building for the transfer station (gravel area), the transformer charging technique stations including support structures, the traverses between the building of the charging infrastructure and the roof of the depot for the accommodation of charging cables, or the adaptation of the bus workshop in the depot for the use of electric buses. This includes, among other things, the procurement of special equipment for dealing with high-voltage technology. The individual requirements for procurement can be found in the award documents. During the construction period, the depot will largely be kept free from buses from regular operations. However, a partial operation will be required as described in the specifications. The project is already based on a feasibility study and a specifications document, which will serve as the foundation for this award procedure. The contractor will design the charging infrastructure in such a way that it can be used for the construction of additional depots. The service will be awarded as a general contractor service.
