The subject of the contract is the design, construction, and implementation of the Intelligent Transport System in Konin (hereinafter referred to as the "ITS System") in connection with the execution of the project titled: "Low-Emission Public Transport in the Konin Subregion" - Intelligent Transport System in Konin (ITS Konin). The contract will be carried out using the "design and build" formula, thus consisting of two basic stages: the design stage and the implementation stage. The initial design stage must fully take into account the technology proposed by the Contractor regarding the ITS System.
