The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (FHH), represented by the Procurement and Award Center of the Altona District Office (Awarding Office), intends, on behalf of the Authority for Environment, Climate, Energy and Agriculture (BUKEA), to conclude a service contract for the creation of the Hamburg Projection Report. The subject of the contract is the professional preparation of a report that assesses whether the legally defined target pathway for reducing energy-related CO₂ emissions, in accordance with the Hamburg source balance as per Annex 3 of the Hamburg Climate Protection Act, can be expected to be maintained.
