The framework agreement aims to provide analysis, audits, consulting, and awareness services on information systems and data security (see CCTP). The holders of an ongoing supply contract for materials, systems, applications, or other devices in the Normandy Region that may be audited under this contract will not be able to apply for Lot 1 and/or Lot 2. A single-award framework agreement will be granted for each lot. Lots 1 and 2 will lead to the conclusion of subsequent contracts and the issuance of purchase orders. Lot 3 will lead to the issuance of purchase orders.
