The purpose of this consultation is to set up a DAS for the award of specific Contracts for the provision of Software Solutions, in SaaS or On Premise mode, based on artificial intelligence systems applied in particular to the field of health and associated services. The SAD is set up by Resah acting as a central purchasing body on the basis of Article L. 2113-2, 2° of the Public Procurement Code. It may be used by other buyers under the conditions provided for in the SAD consultation regulations.
