The subject of the order is the preparation of project documentation and the construction of electricity storage facilities in two locations of MPGK sp. z o.o. Krosno. The planned project will serve to store electricity that will be used for balancing electricity in the Company and in the Krosno Energy Cluster. The subject of the order includes the implementation of an investment titled: "Construction of electricity storage facilities for MPGK Krosno Sp. z o.o." The investment has been divided into 2 parts (tasks): Task 1 - "Construction of an electricity storage facility at the MPGK Krosno headquarters at ul. Fredry 12 with a capacity of 200 kWh and a power of 50 kW" Task 2 - "Construction of an electricity storage facility on the premises of RCO with a capacity of 400 kWh and a power of 200 kW"

Part I - Task 1 - "Construction of an electricity storage facility at the MPGK Krosno headquarters at ul. Fredry 12 with a capacity of 200 kWh and a power of 50 kW".
1. The subject of the order is the preparation of project documentation and the construction of electricity storage facilities in two locations of MPGK sp. z o.o. Krosno. The planned project will serve for storing electricity that will be utilized for the needs of balancing electricity in the Company and in the Krosno Energy Cluster. The subject of the order includes the realization of the investment titled: "Construction of electricity storage facilities for MPGK Krosno Sp. z o.o." The investment has been divided into 2 parts (tasks), including: Task 1 - "Construction of an electricity storage facility at the MPGK Krosno headquarters at ul. Fredry 12 with a capacity of 200 kWh and a power of 50 kW". 2. Under the subject of the order, the Contractor will prepare complete project documentation including, among others: preparing a map for project purposes, building design (PZT+PAB), technical design (PT) divided by branches, executive design (PW) divided by branches, a technical specification for execution and reception of works, operational and maintenance instructions for storage facilities, a bill of quantities and an investor's cost estimate. 3. The Contractor will be responsible for: a) obtaining necessary agreements and legal decisions resulting in obtaining a construction permit (including possibly a decision on environmental conditions and a decision on development conditions). In this respect, the contractor may rely on documents obtained by the Ordering Party, b) preparing and submitting a complete application for obtaining connection conditions to the electricity grid. In this respect, the contractor may rely on documents obtained by the Ordering Party or make necessary modifications, c) before submitting to the OSD agreeing on the prepared application for connection conditions with the Ordering Party d) possible negotiations with the local OSD (PGE Distribution SA Branch in Rzeszów), e) obtaining conditions for connection to the electricity grid, f) adjusting and expanding existing equipment of the Ordering Party in accordance with the connection conditions obtained and the provisions of the Functional and Utility Program for each task, g) submitting for approval to the local Network Operator (PGE Distribution SA Branch in Rzeszów) the executive project in the required scope and obtaining its approval in terms of meeting the connection conditions to the electricity grid (compliance with NC RfG), h) obtaining decisions enabling the use of the installation (including, among others, opinions, expertise, agreements on documentation, operational cooperation instructions, trials, measurements in accordance with applicable procedures for generation modules depending on their power, taking into account installations of RES already operating at various locations according to the network code requirements concerning the connection of units to the grid (NC RfG), including conducting tests and obtaining approval of their results by the network operator), notifying the State Fire Service upon completion of construction and the appropriate building supervision authority, i) obtaining necessary documents allowing the Ordering Party to enter into a connection agreement and distribution agreement with the local OSD, in accordance with the current procedure for connecting new sources used by the local OSD, j) ensuring author's supervision throughout the entire duration of the investment implemented based on the project prepared by the Contractor, k) the contractor will make all necessary agreements related to the design and execution of the investment, bearing all costs associated with such agreements and obtaining decisions (except for costs related to obtaining connection conditions to the external electricity grid – the costs associated with obtaining these connection conditions will be borne by the Ordering Party; provided, however, that the condition that the Contractor will be relieved of the costs associated with incurring these fees does not relieve the Contractor of the obligation to prepare a complete application and acquire these connection conditions on behalf of and for the Ordering Party). 4. The realization of the subject of the order should be carried out taking into account the connection conditions issued by the OSD and in accordance with current provisions of Energy Law, the NC RfG network code, and IRiESD. 5. The Ordering Party will allow Contractors, before submitting offers, to conduct a site inspection of the facilities concerned by the order. Before conducting the site inspection, the Contractor should contact the representative of the Ordering Party in writing (i.e. - Mr. Robert Wulw, tel. 13 47 48 327, robert.wulw@khk.krosno.pl) on days from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM to set a date for the site inspection and simultaneously indicate their own proposed date for conducting this inspection.) Part II of the order - Task 2 - "Construction of an electricity storage facility on the premises of RCO with a capacity of 400 kWh and a power of 200 kW."
1. The subject of the order is the preparation of project documentation and the construction of electricity storage facilities in two locations of MPGK sp. z o.o. Krosno. The planned project will serve for storing electricity that will be used for the needs of balancing electricity in the Company and in the Krosno Energy Cluster. The subject of the order includes the realization of the investment titled: "Construction of electricity storage facilities for MPGK Krosno Sp. z o.o." The investment has been divided into 2 parts (tasks), including: Task 2 - "Construction of an electricity storage facility on the premises of RCO with a capacity of 400 kWh and a power of 200 kW." 2. Under the subject of the order, the Contractor will prepare complete project documentation including, among others: preparing a map for project purposes, building design (PZT+PAB), technical design (PT) divided by branches, executive design (PW) divided by branches, specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, operational and maintenance instructions for storage facilities, a bill of quantities and an investor's cost estimate. 3. The Contractor will be responsible for: a) obtaining necessary agreements and legal decisions resulting in obtaining a construction permit (including possibly decisions on environmental conditions and decisions on development conditions). In this respect, the contractor may rely on documents obtained by the Ordering Party, b) preparing and submitting a complete application for obtaining connection conditions to the electricity grid. In this respect, the contractor may rely on documents obtained by the Ordering Party or make necessary modifications, c) before submitting to the OSD agreeing on the prepared application for obtaining connection conditions with the Ordering Party d) possible negotiations with the local OSD (PGE Distribution SA Branch in Rzeszów), e) obtaining conditions for connection to the electricity grid, f) adjusting and expanding existing equipment of the Ordering Party according to the obtained connection conditions and the provisions of the Functional and Utility Program for each task, g) submitting for approval to the local Network Operator (PGE Distribution SA Branch in Rzeszów) the executive project in the required scope and obtaining its approval in relation to meeting the connection conditions to the electricity grid (compliance with NC RfG), h) obtaining decisions enabling the exploitation of the installation (including, among others, opinions, expertise, agreements on documentation, operational cooperation instructions, trials, measurements in accordance with applicable procedures for generation modules depending on their power, taking into account the already operating RES installations at various locations according to the network code concerning the requirements for connecting units to the grid (NC RfG), including conducting tests and obtaining approval of their results by the network operator), notifying the State Fire Service upon completion of construction and the relevant building supervision authority, i) obtaining necessary documents allowing the Ordering Party to enter into a connection agreement and distribution agreement with the local OSD according to the current procedure for connecting new sources applied by the local OSD, j) ensuring author's supervision throughout the entire period of investment realized based on the project prepared by the Contractor, k) the contractor will carry out all necessary agreements related to the design and execution of the investment, bearing all costs associated with such agreements and obtaining decisions (except for costs related to obtaining connection conditions to the external electricity grid – the costs associated with obtaining these connection conditions will be borne by the Ordering Party; provided, however, that the condition that the Contractor will be relieved of the costs associated with incurring these fees does not relieve the Contractor of the obligation to prepare a complete application and acquire these connection conditions on behalf of and for the Ordering Party). 4. The implementation of the subject of the order should be executed taking into account the connection conditions issued by the OSD and in accordance with the current provisions of Energy Law, the NC RfG network code, and IRiESD. 5. The Ordering Party will allow Contractors, before submitting offers, to conduct a site inspection of the facilities the subject of the order. Before conducting the site inspection, the Contractor should contact the representative of the Ordering Party in writing (i.e. - Mr. Robert Wulw, tel. 13 47 48 327, robert.wulw@khk.krosno.pl) on days from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM to set a date for the site inspection and to indicate simultaneously their own proposed date to conduct this inspection.)
