4.1. The subject of the contract is: Delivery of electricity with specified quality standards, in accordance with applicable regulations.
4.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the OPZ, which is an annex to the SWZ.
4.3. Names and codes of the contract according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 09300000-2 - Electricity, heat, solar, and nuclear energy, 09310000-5 Electricity.
4.4. The Contractor shall be obliged to execute the subject of the contract in accordance with the provisions of this SWZ, the terms of the submitted offer, and documentation, in particular:
1) Delivery of electricity to the Ordering Party's facilities listed in the OPZ, in accordance with the conditions specified in the contract project – Annex No. 1 to the SWZ
2) Providing the Ordering Party with access to information about the measurement and settlement data of the electricity consumed by the Ordering Party at various consumption points.
3) Commercial balancing in the area of electricity sales.
4) Notifying the Distribution System Operator to execute the contract for the sale of electricity concluded with the Ordering Party in a timely manner, ensuring the commencement of electricity sales by the Contractor within the deadline specified in the SWZ, including carrying out the process of effective switching of the electricity seller with the appropriate Distribution System Operator (hereinafter referred to as OSD) based on the authorization granted by the Ordering Party.
5) The subject of the contract does not include the provision of electricity distribution services.
4.5. The location, technical data of the consumption points, and planned basic electricity consumption for those listed in the annex LIST OF CONSUMPTION POINTS is indicative and amounts to approximately (+/- 30%) 1,855.07 MWh. The Ordering Party guarantees the Contractor that it will take at least 70% of the estimated amount of electricity specified in the SWZ.
