Procurement of Digital Mammography System with Tomosynthesis and Contrast Agent
Concrete, the aim is to procure a Digital Mammography System with Tomosynthesis and Contrast Agent necessary for equipping the Radiology and Medical Imaging Laboratory within the specialty outpatient clinic of the Arad County Emergency Clinical Hospital.
Additionally, the procurement includes the related services for transportation of the equipment to the purchaser's location, installation of the equipment, training of the purchaser's staff to operate it, and service/maintenance/repair services during the warranty period provided by the manufacturer/supplier for these equipment and accessories.
The procurement is conducted as part of the project: “Improving and Expanding Oncology Services within the Arad County Emergency Clinical Hospital”, code: MySMIS 324939, within the health program referred to as Priority Program 7 Specific Objective RSO4.5 Ensuring equal access to healthcare and ensuring the resilience of health systems including in aspects related to primary healthcare and promoting the transition from institutional care to family or community care call for projects PS/357/PS_P7/OP4/RSO4.5/PS_P7-RSO4.5_A12-Investments in the public infrastructure of public healthcare units of regional/county interest that diagnose and treat cancer.
Number of days until clarification requests can be submitted before the deadline for the submission of offers/candidacies: 18 days
The contracting authority shall respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of offers.
