1. The subject of the order is the expansion of IT systems at the Children's Health and Family Center named after John Paul II in Sosnowiec sp. z o.o. as part of the project 'Digital Transformation of the Children's Health and Family Center named after John Paul II in Sosnowiec sp. z o.o.' through the development of e-health services and integration with central systems funded by the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan - component D 'Effectiveness, availability, and quality of the health care system' - investment D1.1.2 'Accelerating the digital transformation processes in health care through further development of digital services in health care', which is a part of component D 'Effectiveness, availability, and quality of the health care system'. 2. The task includes comprehensive integration and modernization of the IT systems environment of the Hospital, aiming to improve the quality of health services, accessibility of services, increase the security of medical data processing, interoperability with national systems, and digitization of processes related to patient treatment. 3. Implementation of AI solutions and connection to the central repository of medical data.
Purchase, modernization, integration of domain and peripheral systems of the provider such as LIS, RIS, PACS, CIS, EHR with HIS.

Development and implementation of the procedure for transferring electronic medical documentation, including information cards from hospital treatment, to the central repository of medical data P1, preparing the Hospital for permanent and systematic collection and processing of medical documentation only in digital form, in accordance with EDM requirements, ensuring the maintenance of the capability to carry out the digitalization process and data transfer to the P1 system throughout the durability of the project. 2. Purchase and implementation of specialized equipment for digital reproduction of paper documents, enabling scanning at a resolution of 300–600 dpi, in duplex and color mode, with 24-bit encoding and saving in PDF format with embedded XML structure, preparation of the process of electronic conversion of information cards to digital form along with assigning appropriate metadata compliant with EDM requirements, digitization and indexing of information cards in the P1 system. 2.1.
