This procurement is carried out in the context of the implementation, by the Bath and Recovery Sanatorium Techirghiol, of the project: "Digitalization of the Bath and Recovery Sanatorium Techirghiol", a project aimed at implementing new IT solutions that will serve the activities of the healthcare unit by initiating a digitization process of the specific processes of the healthcare unit. The implementation will be accompanied by the provision of IT services that will include stages of analysis, configuration/parameterization, testing, and transition to production of the IT solution, training services, and development of the digital skills of the staff, as well as retro-digitization services for archives.

Any interested Economic Operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers is: 20. Any request for clarifications must be submitted through SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro), after the Economic Operator registers for the award procedure. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day prior to the deadline for submission of offers, through a consolidated response.

The provider, in order to deliver the deliverables and achieve the expected results, will implement a complex IT solution that will address the clinical and non-clinical activities of the Sanatorium in order to optimize processes and workflows at the level of the healthcare unit, according to the specifications in the specification document and which will include the following 5 components:
o Basic infrastructure (including interconnectivity and interoperability)
o Parameterization of the non-clinical component
o Parameterization of the clinical component
o Staff training
o Retro-digitization of archives.
