The subject of this public contract is the supply and related services according to this Tender Documentation and its annexes, i.e. the comprehensive delivery and installation of the C-ITS system on selected sections of the D1, D8 and D10 motorways, including the related SSÚD (hereinafter referred to as the "System"), including the preparation and delivery of the implementation study of the System, the installation of the System in the locality itself, the integration of this System into the contracting authority's C-ITS Back office and into the C-ITS central elements and the execution of all related deliveries, services or construction works, as well as the provision of operation and maintenance services, services for the development of this System, out-of-warranty service and exit services in connection with the termination of the Agreement.
