The framework agreement aims at the acquisition of new standard and articulated electric buses with an inclined front, for slow and fast charging for public transport.
The "Goods" in this framework agreement refer to the new vehicles as specified in the Special Technical and Financial Specifications (CCTPF) of the framework agreement.
The Goods are intended for the beneficiaries of the CATP, in their capacity as contracting authority as defined in Article L1212-3, 4° of the Public Procurement Code (CCP), in the context of their activities as network operators aimed at providing a public service in the field of passenger transport.
