This is an invitation to participate in the procurement of the Framework Agreement for Functional Modules Logistics Support Submarine. The framework agreement has a duration of 3 years with options for extension of 2 years + 2 years. Total possible duration is 7 years. The maximum volume of the framework agreement is 150,000,000 SEK.
To ensure that the Marine base battalions have the ability to meet the special needs of submarine units regarding supply provision, both on land and at sea, the Base Battalions need to be complemented with capabilities to achieve greater flexibility, be able to supply submarines from more platform types, and thereby enable greater tactical freedom of action.
This procurement includes a system for the supply of LOX, lime, and gases consisting of 2 types of so-called functional modules with container interfaces. Functional Module 1 consists of a 10-foot sea-class standard container for cryogenic gases. Functional Module 2 consists of a customized 20-foot sea-class container for handling lime, gas tanks, and handling equipment such as hoses and protective equipment.
