The subject of the order is: 1. delivery of 6 units of 12-meter electric buses – detailed description of the subject of the order is in attachment no. 2a to the SWZ, 2. delivery of 4 units of 18-meter electric buses – detailed description of the subject of the order is in attachment no. 2b to the SWZ, 3. delivery, installation, and connection to the power grid of the infrastructure for charging electric buses including: 5 units of depot charging stations, each with a minimum power of 2 x 75kW - detailed description of the subject of the order is in attachment no. 2c to the SWZ, 4. delivery of 56 units of promotional stickers, including 40 left-readable stickers and 16 right-readable stickers. The task is planned to be implemented as part of the project: “Purchase of electric buses along with the necessary infrastructure for their operation – Stage III” under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment program (FEnIKS 2021–2027), action FENX.03.01 – Urban transport (buses, trolleys). Deadlines for completing the order: 1) for the delivery of 10 units of buses: up to 420 days from the date of concluding the contract; 2) for the delivery of 5 units of depot chargers: up to 390 days from the date of concluding the contract; 3) for the delivery of 56 units of promotional stickers: up to 420 days from the date of concluding the contract. Whenever standards, trademarks, or patents are referenced in the procurement documents, they should be understood as specifying certain technical parameters or quality standards, within which the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions.
