1. The subject of the order is the expansion of the IT systems at the Children and Family Health Center named after John Paul II in Sosnowiec Ltd. as part of the project Digital Transformation of the Children and Family Health Center named after John Paul II in Sosnowiec Ltd. through the development of e-health services and integration with central systems, carried out under the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan – component D "Effectiveness, Accessibility and Quality of the Health Care System" - investment D1.1.2 "Acceleration of the digital transformation processes of health care through the further development of digital services in health care" being part of component D "Effectiveness, Accessibility and Quality of the Health Care System".
2. The task includes implementing a comprehensive package of actions aimed at increasing the level of cybersecurity of the Hospital by applying modern technologies to secure data, systems, networks, and users and ensuring resilience to incidents and the ability to quickly restore data after a failure.
3. The task includes:
3.1. Firewalls
3.1.1. Implementation of security firewall systems, including two network firewalls.
3.1.2. A WAF system protecting web applications.
3.1.3. Tools for log analysis and correlation.
3.2. Information security management system
3.2.1. Development and implementation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and preparing the organization for a security audit at the end of the project.
3.3. Managed security services.
3.3.1. Provision of managed security services, including a service support package and monitoring in the SOC model (24/7/365 for 36 months).
3.4. Authentication and authorization to systems.
3.4.1. Implementation of PAM-class solutions along with technical support (managing privileged accesses).
3.5. Updating and expanding devices and systems, extending already owned licenses, subscriptions, and supporting owned devices or systems, both on-premise and in the cloud, during the durability period of the project.
3.5.1. Securing workstations and servers through EDR-class solutions (ESET Protect Elite) for end devices.
3.5.2. Strengthening email protection through an anti-spam system.
3.5.3. Modernization of Active Directory.
3.5.4. Expansion of the cluster with a terminal server.
3.6. Construction or expansion or increase in bandwidth of LAN or WLAN networks, except for construction works, as well as the purchase and maintenance of alternative internet connectivity via satellite connections.
3.6.1. Leasing dark fiber optics.
3.6.2. Expansion and modernization of wireless network infrastructure.
3.7. Network segmentation - implementation of NAC-class software.
