The purpose of this procedure is to contract supplies and services that enable the digital transformation of the tourist model of the Diputación de Jaén, facilitating the capture and understanding of the needs of tourists. For this, innovative technologies and sensor systems will be implemented, enabling governance and advanced data exploitation through the Integral Data Platform of the Diputación de Jaén (PIDDJ), which will be developed and implemented through this contract.
Additionally, tourist intelligence will be guaranteed through advanced analytics and optimized planning for sustainable tourism management, ensuring interconnection and integration with the Smart Destination Platform (PID) of SEGITTUR, and its ontology alignment.
