The Satakunta Wellbeing Area (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Entity) is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) which refers to an electronic procurement process (Dynamic Purchasing System).
The procurement involves the acquisition of medical services for the needs of the Satakunta wellbeing area through a dynamic supplier register.
Medical services primarily refer to the staffing of doctors, with service provision taking place at the client's premises or remotely. However, it is also possible to procure medical services from the dynamic supplier register where the service is provided at the supplier’s premises.
The dynamic supplier register covers both general medical services and specialist medical services, including dental health medical services. Nursing-doctor pairs and resident doctors can also be procured.

Candidates wishing to participate must submit their application via the electronic procurement system (tarjouspalvelu.fi) no later than 24.11.2025 at 12:00. After this, the application phase will close, but candidates may still submit applications which the contracting entity will process according to the schedule in Appendix 1 (Section 2).
