2. Note: at the time of preparing the application, the support agreement has not yet been signed.
According to Article 257 of the Pzp Act, the Ordering Party anticipates the annulment of the procedure if the public funds intended to finance all or part of the order have not been granted.
Site visit
The Ordering Party does not foresee the possibility of a site visit, and document verification by the contractor necessary for the execution of the order, as referred to in Article 131(2) of the PZP.
Personal execution of key tasks by the contractor
The Ordering Party does not require the personal execution of key tasks by the Contractor.
The Contractor is obliged to secure their offer with a deposit in the amount of:
Package No. 1 - 35,000.00 PLN (in words: thirty-five thousand zlotys 00/100 gr),
Package No. 2 – 1,300.00 PLN (in words: one thousand three hundred zlotys 00/100 gr),
Package No. 3 – 1,800.00 PLN (in words: one thousand eight hundred zlotys 00/100 gr)
The deposit must be submitted before the deadline for submitting offers.
The deposit may be provided in one or more of the following forms:
1) cash;
2) bank guarantees;
3) insurance guarantees;
4) guarantees provided by entities referred to in Article 6b(5)(2) of the Act of November 9, 2000, on the establishment of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.
Required execution time for the order: 90 days from the date of signing the contract.
