The subject of this procurement includes:
- Upgrade of functionalities and the scope of processed data of the information system 'National Center for Electronic Document Management of Maritime Transport', to meet the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2019/1239 of the European Parliament and of the Council from June 20, 2019, establishing a single European maritime information space (EMSWe) and repealing Directive 2010/65/EU, and improving the functionality of the system based on the accumulated experience during operation;
- Making necessary changes to the existing data exchange platforms with the National Center for Electronic Document Management of Maritime Transport;
- Building new data exchange platforms in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2019/1239 of the European Parliament and of the Council from June 20, 2019, establishing a single European maritime information space (EMSWe) and repealing Directive 2010/65/EU.
The subject of the public procurement includes the execution of the following activities:
- Analysis of the current situation, analysis of new requirements, and preparation of a system project;
- Construction of an environment and implementation of specialized software;
- Testing of the upgraded system in a test environment;
- Training of system administrators;
- Commissioning of the upgraded system;
- Transfer of intellectual property rights over software products;
- Warranty support for software products.
