Procurement of 1 sequencing device.
The purpose of this procurement is to provide a device under a rental agreement to support the molecular diagnostic tasks of the Molecular Genetics Department and the Molecular Pathology Departments of the National Institute of Oncology. The successful bidder is required to provide a high-performance sequencing device suitable for processing an annual quantity of 9,000 samples + 30% for the National Institute of Oncology for a duration of 24 months. The maximum processing time for samples is 14 calendar days from sample collection to report issuance. The device offered by the bidder must be capable of performing the following sequencing measurements: 1. Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) 2. Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) 3. Comprehensive genomic profiling from liquid biopsy samples (testing > 500 genes simultaneously) 4. Transcriptome sequencing (RNA-seq) 5. Single-cell genomic studies 6. Spatial and multi-omic analyses 7. Methylation and epigenomic studies 8. Proteomic and multi-omic integrated analyses. Tasks to be performed include: delivery of the proposed device, installation, execution of validation measurements, and provision of the necessary reagents, trial operation (2 working days), training (for 5 persons, 2 working days (6 hours/day). During the 24-month rental period, the successful bidder must provide maintenance services in accordance with the contract draft.
