1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new, low-floor, single-section electric bus intended for public urban transport and conducting necessary training for the Ordering Party's employees (at least 1). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in subsection 5 of Chapter III of the SWZ. 3. The bus supplied by the Contractor must meet all requirements set by European and Polish laws and regulations: 1) The bus must meet all requirements specified in Chapter III of the Act of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1990) and meet the technical conditions specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002, on the technical conditions for vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022 with later amendments); 2) The bus must meet the requirements specified in Directive 2007/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of September 5, 2007, establishing a framework for the approval of motor vehicles and their trailers and systems, components and separate technical units intended for these vehicles ("framework directive") - Journal of Laws UE L.2007.263.1 dated 2007.10.09; with later amendments 3) The bus must meet the requirements specified in Regulation (EC) No 661/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of July 13, 2009, on technical requirements for the type approval of motor vehicles concerning their general safety, their trailers and systems, components and separate technical units intended for them (Journal of Laws UE L.2009.200.1 dated 2009.07.31); with later amendments 4) Must meet the requirements of Regulation No. 107 of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) - uniform provisions concerning the approval of vehicles of categories M2 or M3 in respect of their general construction (Journal of Laws UE L. 2015.153.1 dated 2015.06.18) with later amendments, concerning vehicles used for the transport of passengers and having more than eight seats in addition to the driver's seat, for class I vehicle; 5) Must hold a current (valid) "Type Approval Certificate" or "EC Type Approval Certificate" issued in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular based on the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1990 with later amendments) and the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of March 25, 2013, on the type approval of motor vehicles and trailers and their equipment or parts (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1475 with later amendments); 6) The bus delivered on the day of signing the acceptance protocol must comply with current vehicle registration regulations, sufficient for the Ordering Party to complete registration formalities; 7) The bus (this applies to the combustion engine used for generating heating during freezing periods) must meet the emission standards for such heating devices.
