Description:
The project involves contracting a general contractor for the planning, delivery, construction, and commissioning of a charging infrastructure and related facilities for electric buses, including a transformer station and drainage systems.
The goal of this procurement is to commission a general contractor for the planning (starting from service phase according to HOAI 5), delivery, construction, and commissioning of a charging infrastructure including a charging and load management system for 18 electric bus parking spaces. The scope of services also includes the construction of a transformer station, medium and low voltage systems, all earthworks and underground construction work as well as accompanying service and support services to ensure smooth operation. The framework data of the services to be provided can be summarized as described below. The respective services are described in detail in the document "4. Technical Part / Service Description".
1. Planning services
Part A - Technical planning services for charging infrastructure (LIS) including electrical planning and energy supply:
Electrical planning (cf. LPH 5 HOAI - implementation planning) for: Þ DC charging infrastructure for buses Þ AC charging infrastructure for cars (customer parking) Þ Transformer station Þ Medium and low voltage systems Þ Lighting Þ Grounding and lightning protection (DIN VDE 0100 Part 540) · Network connection planning including coordination with the network operator · Protection, selectivity, and short circuit calculations · ZÜS-relevant plans · Supervision of inspections and commissioning
Goal:
Ensure an operational and accepted overall system considering the defined requirements.
Part B - Planning services for drainage, media, and civil engineering planning: Professional drainage planning: · Drainage concept · Hydraulic calculation · Planning of retention basins / storage bodies · Throttling and connection to private pipeline network Þ Creation and guidance of water law applications Þ Planning of disposal station / fecal pit (fecal and gray water for coaches) Þ Planning of frost-proof fresh water intake point
