The number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/applications is 20 days.
The contracting authority sets a single deadline in which it will clearly and completely respond to all requests for clarifications/additional information: the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of offers. Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP.
