Description:
The project involves acquiring a PACS system, integrating AMMS, and connecting the hospital to the Intelligent Services Platform for medical imaging data transmission and AI-assisted analysis as part of the digital transformation initiative at Wolski Hospital.

1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a PACS system along with the integration of AMMS and the implementation of the integration of the Hospital with the Intelligent Services Platform for the transmission of medical imaging data and reception of AI-assisted analysis data as part of the project "Digital Transformation of Wolski Hospital Named After Dr. Anna Gostyńska SP. Z O.O. in the field of collecting and processing medical data, digitalization of medical documentation, cybersecurity and AI-assisted analyses in medical activities" within the framework of the competition "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation in healthcare through the further development of digital services in healthcare". 2. Detailed requirements for the execution of the order have been specified in the draft contract and the detailed description of the subject of the order, which are respectively Annex No. 5 to the SWZ and Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The proceedings are conducted with respect for horizontal principles, thus, the Contractors submitting an offer confirm with a statement that it has been prepared with respect for horizontal principles and in the case of selection of their offer, the execution of the order will take place with respect for, among others, these principles, i.e.: 1) the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities considering the requirements specified in the Accessibility Standards for the 2021-2027 cohesion policy, 2) the principle of gender equality; 3) the principle of sustainable development; 4) the principle of long-term impact of the project on the efficiency and resilience of the Polish economy 5) the principle of "do no significant harm" (DNSH) and with adherence to the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union (CFREU); 6) the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). Implementation in accordance with the DNSH principle*. The Contractor will carry out the subject of the order in a manner that does not violate the principle of "do no significant harm" (DNSH). At the stage of execution, the Contractor will present for approval the DNSH Matrix – the executive version (list of applied products/technologies and corresponding evidence), and upon final acceptance, will submit the DNSH Dossier (a complete set of evidence and protocols confirming compliance with DNSH). Equivalent evidence is allowed as long as it unequivocally confirms adherence to the DNSH principle. * The subject of the order will be implemented in accordance with the principle of "do no significant harm" (DNSH), i.e., in a manner that does not lead to significant negative effects on the environment in relation to the following goals: (i) climate change mitigation, (ii) climate change adaptation, (iii) sustainable use of water and marine resources, (iv) transition to a circular economy, (v) pollution prevention and control, (vi) protection and restoration of biodiversity and ecosystems.
