This special specifications document has been established with the aim of concluding a framework agreement with several economic operators in order to obtain consultancy in: - testing and monitoring of the applications and hardware used during federal elections - technical crisis management preparation for electoral software; - various support related to the cybersecurity of electoral applications - management-level crisis management preparation. The contracting authority chooses the open procedure. The contract consists of four lots: - lot number 1 concerning the security testing of applications and hardware used during federal elections and technical crisis management preparation in this matter - lot number 2 concerning the monitoring (SOC-SIEM) of the cybersecurity of electoral applications - lot number 3 concerning various support related to the cybersecurity of electoral applications - lot number 4 concerning management-level crisis management preparation
