The business area of Duisburg Kontor Hallenmanagement GmbH includes the 180-hectare Landscape Park Duisburg-Nord, whose center is a decommissioned steelworks. A new Visitor Information Center is to be created in the building 'Central Control Room'. This project is funded by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Industry, Climate Protection and Energy of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia. The relevant funding program EFRE/JTF 'Experience.NRW' is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund (EFRE). The stipulations of the funding notice must be taken into account. Subsequently, the project must be completely finished by October 2028. The subject of the contract to be awarded is the necessary services of the technical planning of technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI.

Landscape Park Duisburg-Nord; Award of Technical Planning for Visitor Information Center.
The subject of the award includes technical planning services for technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI for the new construction of a Visitor Information Center. The services include performance phases 1 to 9 for the following plant groups: wastewater, water, and gas systems, heating supply, air conditioning systems, high-voltage systems as well as telecommunications and information technology systems. In addition to all basic services in accordance with Annex 15.1 to § 55 HOAI, the following special services must be provided: Participation in the creation of a color and design concept for technical building equipment with spatial design impact, detailed cost tracking according to DIN 276 up to the third level in each performance phase, as well as planning, performance description, and object supervision for connections of digital exhibition elements and power supply for elevators. The net sums of the cost calculation amount to 1,581,025.41 EUR (KG 300) and 478,685.15 EUR (KG 400). The construction project requires solid expertise and regular presence of the contractor on site.
