The subject of the contract is the supply and installation in individual households and public utility buildings of Renewable Energy Installations (photovoltaic cells with energy storage) within the Municipality of Sulmierzyce as part of the investment task entitled Investment Activities in the Construction of the Infrastructure of the Energy Cluster of the Municipalities of Odolanów, Przygodzice, Sulmierzyce.
The task is implemented under the “design and build” formula on properties of the Municipality's residents and Public Utility Buildings, under agreement no. KPOD.03.12-IP.05-0022/24, project entitled “Investment Activities in the Construction of the Infrastructure of the Energy Cluster of the Municipalities of Odolanów, Przygodzice, Sulmierzyce” co-financed under Investment B2.2.2/G1.1.2 of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP): RES installations implemented by energy communities, Part B: investment support for energy communities.
The subject of the order includes the supply and installation of photovoltaic panels with a total capacity of 690.6 kWp and energy storage units with a total capacity of 978 kWh for 176 households of the City of Sulmierzyce residents, and 1 energy storage unit with a capacity of 50 kWh for a public utility building.
The contracting authority specifies:
- approximate number of installations mounted on roofs of residential/farm buildings – 149 installations,
- approximate number of installations mounted on the ground – 21 installations,
- approximate number of installations located on the building facade – 1 installation.
Depending on technical conditions, if installation on the roofs of residential/farm buildings is not possible, the investment will be located on converted ground, on the plot near the residential building.
The contracting authority reserves the right to change the given locations or power of installations and storage capacity in case a resident resigns from installation of a given system or if there is a lack of technical possibility to perform the installation at a given location. In such case, either a new location with the type of installation and storage capacity within the types of installation indicated in the offer attachment and storage capacity of 6 or 10 kWh will be provided, or the scope of the contract will be reduced under options or an annex to the agreement.
