The subject of the contract is the execution of design, preparatory, construction, assembly works, and other necessary activities leading to the implementation of the investment entitled “Reconstruction and modernization of the sewage treatment plant and the sanitary sewage system of the City of Karpacz” partially in the form of “design and build” and partially in the form of “build” – Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference (folder). 2. The part of the contract related to the design, reconstruction, and modernization of the sewage treatment plant at Nadrzeczna Street in Karpacz, along with the accompanying infrastructure – design and construction works along with the delivery of devices, under the conditions and to the extent specified in the procurement documents, including the Functional-Utility Program: Functional-Utility Program (part 1) – Title page, Functional-Utility Program (part 2.1) – Descriptive part - General, Functional-Utility Program (part 2.2) – Descriptive part – WWIOR, Functional-Utility Program (part 2.3) – Detailed part, Functional-Utility Program – Informational part. The Functional-Utility Program (PFU) also served as the basis for developing the start-up manual for the modernized and reconstructed sewage treatment plant in Karpacz. The purpose of the development is to discuss the facilities being initiated and the activities that must be undertaken to bring the treatment plant to full technological efficiency, considering the problems that occur during the start-up phase, methods, and ways to carry out these works, with attention to the difficulties that participants may encounter during the start-up process.
The scope of the development includes: Mechanical start-up instructions; Hydraulic start-up instructions; Technological start-up instructions; Determining the duration of the start-up;
In addition, the development includes guidelines and recommendations for health and safety as well as fire protection. Guidelines for adapting sanitary-hygienic facilities to legal requirements. Guidelines for adapting sanitary-hygienic facilities (passing locker rooms). The order is executed in the form of “design and build.” 3. The part of the contract related to the reconstruction and modernization of the sanitary sewage system of the city of Karpacz, the Contractor shall execute according to the technical designs provided by the Contracting Authority. The Contractor may begin construction works, but must complete them only after the mechanical-biological part of the modernized and reconstructed sewage treatment plant at Nadrzeczna Street is put into operation – within the scope of the contract subject in the form of “build.” As part of the project, the construction of the sanitary sewage system will take place in the following locations: Sikorskiego Street – Konopnickiej Street Kowarska Street – Wielkopolska Street Przemysłowa Street – Wielkopolska Street Partyzantów Street – Karkonoska Street and the relocation of the DN800 water pipeline on Nadrzeczna Street in Karpacz.
