The contracting authority, in accordance with § 35 and § 101 of the Public Procurement Act, has divided the public contract into the following 3 parts, which are being tendered in a single procurement procedure:
Part 1: Electric buses up to 9.6 m
Part 2: Electric buses up to 12 m
Part 3: Articulated electric buses up to 18.75 m
The procurement documentation sets the conditions for the awarding of all parts of the public contract, unless it is explicitly stated that a specific provision applies only to a particular part of the public contract. In accordance with § 101 paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority allows bids to be submitted for any number of parts of the public contract, at the supplier's discretion. The supplier selection will be carried out separately for each part of the public contract. A separate contract will be concluded with the selected supplier for each part of the public contract.

LOT-0001
Electric buses up to 9.6 m.
The subject of this part of the public contract is the supply of 3 low-floor electric buses with a maximum body length of 9.6 m (also referred to as "Part 1"). A detailed definition of the subject of Part 1 is provided in annex no. 1a to this procurement documentation.

LOT-0002
Electric buses up to 12 m.
The subject of this part of the public contract is the supply of 21 low-floor electric buses with a maximum body length of 12 m (also referred to as "Part 2"). A detailed definition of the subject of Part 2 is provided in annex no. 1b to this procurement documentation.

LOT-0003
Articulated electric buses up to 18.75 m.
The subject of this part of the public contract is the supply of 10 low-floor articulated electric buses with a maximum body length of 18.75 m (also referred to as "Part 3"). A detailed definition of the subject of Part 3 is provided in annex no. 1c to this procurement documentation.
