The purpose of this non-public European tender is to select three (3) engineering firms with which the municipality will enter into a framework agreement for the provision of engineering services. The contract will be divided into three lots; Engineering Services, Hiring Expertise, and Organizational Development.

This lot concerns generalist (civil engineering) services. For this lot, three (3) engineering firms will be selected to carry out various (civil engineering) tasks.

Organizational Development.
This lot focuses on organizational development, specifically aimed at forming a working group and realizing targeted knowledge development within the municipality's organization.
