Blood sampling/preservation of evidence and blood tests as well as forensic assessment.
The subject of this contract is the blood sampling/preservation of evidence and the chemical-toxicological examination of blood and/or urine samples (qualitatively and quantitatively) for the presence of narcotics, medication and/or other intoxicating substances and, if necessary, alcohol (in particular with regard to § 24a StVG as well as §§ 315c, 316 StGB) as well as the assessment of the results in the form of forensically usable expert reports (in particular on the question of fitness to drive and culpability).
