Description:
Market engagement is being conducted to explore tools and services for cyber-attack path analysis, focusing on automation and data from various categories to support proactive cyber defense.
We are conducting a market engagement exercise to explore the availability, capability, and maturity of tools and services that support cyber-attack path analysis. This initiative aims to assess solution readiness, innovation potential, and supplier experience in delivering outcomes aligned with proactive cyber defence objectives. We are particularly interested in understanding products or services that automate the generation and analysis of cyber-attack paths on a National Grid scale based on data from each of the following categories: . Computing assets . Network connections . Cyber vulnerabilities . Identity and access management This RFI is intended to inform our sourcing strategy and identify potential partners with relevant expertise and solutions. Please note: Detailed technical requirements and supporting documentation will be shared only upon receipt of a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The NDA must be executed by both parties and is issued on a non-negotiable basis.
Preliminary Market Engagement - Indicative Timetable Parties interested in participating in this preliminary market engagement are advised of the following indicative timetable: Requests must be submitted by 25th September 2025 via email to Cora.Russell@nationalgrid.com Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) will be issued to all requesters on 26th September 2025. Signed NDAs must be returned by 3rd October 2025. Please note that no amendments to the NDA will be accepted. The RFI Questionnaire will be issued on 6th October 2025 to participants who have returned a compliant NDA. Completed RFI questionnaires must be submitted by 23rd October 2025. Submission instructions will be provided within the RFI document. Participation in this process does not constitute a commitment to tender, nor does it confer any advantage in any future procurement exercise.
