The subject of the procurement covers the delivery of new, unused specialized equipment, in accordance with the Technical specification and samples of the Technical and Price proposal for each separate lot - an integral part of the Documentation. The delivery of the equipment, subject of the lots, should be carried out to the specified administrative addresses in the territory of the city of Plovdiv, after a preliminary written request submitted by the structural units of the Contracting Authority, for whose needs it will be used, to the contractor. The conditions under which the subject of the procurement will be realized, as well as the rights and obligations of the Contracting Authority and the contractor, are in accordance with the Draft contract, the Technical specification, the Technical and Price proposal of the contractor for the respective lot. The contract to be concluded with the participant designated as the contractor for the respective lot will have a validity period until the expiration of the Warranty period of the equipment, subject of the respective lot.

LOT-0001
"Delivery of 2 specialized vehicles for green waste".
The subject of OP 1 of the public procurement includes the delivery of 2 new, unused specialized vehicles for green waste with dump unloading, rear top loading with a lifting device and emptying of containers combined for metal and plastic containers with a volume of 120 l, 240 l, and 110 l.

"Delivery of 1 waste collection vehicle equipped with a crane for servicing underground containers".
The subject of OP 2 of the public procurement includes the delivery of 1 new, unused specialized vehicle equipped with a crane for servicing underground containers.

LOT-0003
"Delivery of 1 loader excavator".
The subject of OP 3 of the public procurement includes the delivery of 1 new, unused loader excavator. It will be used for loading accumulated plant waste along the street network, mainly seasonally, during the cleaning of yards and removal of plant waste during the construction of alleys, parks, and gardens. The specialized machine aims to assist the work of all structural units of the Contracting Authority related to maintaining the cleanliness of alleys, parks, and green areas in the territory of the six districts, collecting and transporting plant waste.

LOT-0004
"Delivery of 5 tractors".
The subject of OP 4 of the public procurement includes the delivery and warranty servicing of 5 new, unused tractors for collecting plant waste after mowing the grass, especially in larger inter-block spaces.

LOT-0005
"Delivery of 2 mobile wood chipping machines".
The subject of OP 5 of the public procurement includes the delivery of 2 new, unused wood chipping machines, necessary for processing branches after operations to shape tree crowns in the parks and gardens, as well as in the street network.
