The subject of this tender is the planning services for the establishment and commissioning of a heat pump system (consisting of at least two individual heat pumps that utilize the refrigerant ammonia) at the wastewater treatment plant with a thermal performance of approximately 15 MWth. This heat pump system extracts heat from the treated wastewater (clear water) and feeds it into the heating network. For this project, two buildings with plant and control engineering technology, as well as a connecting source line, are to be constructed.
