- Supply, installation, parameterization, and commissioning of a total of 27 DC charging points with a nominal charging capacity (DC-side) of at least 150 kW at 750 V supply voltage, as well as the associated depot boxes (DC distribution boards) and the charging cables + connectors (rated current 200A, air-cooled CCS, Combo 2). The charging point to charger allocation is 1:1.
- Installation of the chargers outdoors on concrete cable ducts or paved areas provided by the customer.
- Coordination and agreement for the necessary civil engineering works for foundations and conduit pipes.
- Supply and handover of manufacturer-specific foundations for the depot boxes to the client. Installation of the depot boxes on poles or manufacturer-specific substructures on the described foundations by the contractor.
- Supply of mast lights including foundation. Installation of mast lights and connection including cable pulling.
- Connection of the chargers AC-side to the electrical infrastructure provided by the customer and DC-side to the depot boxes to be supplied, including laying of cable connections between the charger and the depot box.
- Construction, supply, installation, programming, and commissioning of an IT cabinet including controller and overarching charging management system.
- Supply and installation of cable support systems in the cable ducts provided by the customer, AC and DC cables with outer conductor cross-sections up to 185 mm², as well as the installation of the emergency stop system.
- Supply and installation of poles including concrete foundations for the subsequent installation of thermal imaging cameras by the client.
- Relocating/connecting existing surveillance cameras
- Supply and installation of CEE sockets
- Supply and installation of two cable distribution cabinets for CEE sockets and mast lights.
- Relocating and connecting existing mast lights
- Relocation and connection of five existing ABB Terra 124 charging devices including integration into the load and charging management.
- Switching and redirecting the low-voltage house connection to the electrical infrastructure provided by the customer.
- Various agreements with parties involved at interfaces to develop necessary interface solutions/adaptations, creation of important details regarding the ongoing bus operations or any operational disturbances.
- Measurement, documentation, and commissioning of the complete system including communication interfaces and DC charging, briefing of the client's personnel on-site regarding the operation of the systems. Following the construction completion of the facility, a test operation by the contractor is to be foreseen.
