Delivery of electric buses along with the delivery and installation of charging stations as part of the project titled: "Electrification of urban public transport in Malbork" co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the European Funds for Pomerania program 2021-2027.
The subject of the contract is the delivery of four brand new low-floor electric MIDI buses of category M3 class I, as well as the delivery and installation of two electric bus charging stations in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party and the terms specified in the Specification of Procurement Conditions for this procedure. The buses must be brand new (according to the definition from the Act on Road Traffic of June 20, 1997, consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251 with changes), manufactured in the year of delivery (with mileage not exceeding 500 km at the time of delivery) and have a current type approval certificate issued in accordance with the Act of April 14, 2023, on vehicle homologation systems and their equipment (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 919). The buses must not have been previously used for test and demonstration rides. Vehicles of category M3 class I, i.e. vehicles designed with space for standing passengers, allowing for frequent movement of passengers. The bus cannot be a prototype and must be in the current sales offer of the manufacturer at the time of submitting offers. All delivered buses must have the same configuration. The vehicles must meet the conditions specified in the Act of June 20, 1997, on Road Traffic (i.e., consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251 with changes) and the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002, on technical conditions for vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Announcement of the Minister of Infrastructure of February 29, 2024, regarding the announcement of the uniform text of the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on the technical conditions for vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502). The purchased buses will meet the requirements for environmentally friendly vehicles within the meaning of the directive of the European Parliament and Council 2009/33/EC (Journal of Laws L 120 of May 15, 2009). All buses described in this procedure delivered by the Contractor must be vehicles of the same brand, the same model, and the same version. Components, parts used, technical solutions, equipment, etc., must be functionally and operationally identical in all vehicles delivered by the Contractor. The charging station must provide the possibility of charging 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, excluding time for maintenance work. The charging station will be located in an open area, therefore its construction must prevent interference from third parties and be vandal-proof.
