All generated content is subject to human review and approval by the respective responsible specialist. In this process, general personal data, case-related personal data, as well as special categories of personal data according to Art. 9 GDPR, in particular health data, must be processed.

The total number of user licenses under this framework agreement – including the district and all participating municipalities – is a maximum of 2,500. Once this upper limit is reached, no further calls will be permitted.
