1. The subject of the contract is the development of a complete multidisciplinary design documentation based on the concept project for the expansion of the wastewater treatment plant in Redlica, including sludge fermentation installation with biogas utilization and a cogeneration system for the task entitled "Modernization of the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Terms of Energy Self-Sufficiency," together with obtaining a valid building permit.
2. A detailed description and the method of contract implementation are included in Annex No. 9 to the ToR, which constitutes the contract template, and the technological concept contained in Annex No. 10 to the ToR.
