This is a joint procurement organized by Tuomi Logistics for air purifiers to be used by Tampere's Facility Services, Oma Häme Support Services Ltd., and the municipality of Pälkäne. The procurement mainly concerns rental air purifiers, but the client also has the option to purchase air purifiers outright.

The aim of the air purifiers is to provide a temporary solution to indoor air quality issues. The air purifiers must be intended for solving indoor air problems.

The contract period is two years, after which the contract will continue indefinitely. A maximum of three suppliers will be selected as framework agreement partners.

The framework agreement will be re-tendered approximately 4 years from now.
