1. The subject of the contract is "Purchase and delivery of 1 unit of Mobile Platform for Transporting Current, Public Use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) in Urban and Forested Areas for KWP in Gorzów Wlkp. in Police Unmarked Version for the project titled: "EFFECTIVE IN CRISIS" funded by the Internal Security Fund for the years 2021 – 2027 under recruitment No. FBWP.03.01-IZ.00-002/24."
2. Whenever in further provisions the term vehicle is mentioned without further specification, it should be understood as the VEHICLE defined in point 1 above.

4. Detailed description of tactical-technical requirements (so-called WTT) that each vehicle subject to the order must meet is included in annex 5 to the SWZ.
5. The subject of the order has been described in detail in annex 5 to the SWZ (Tactical-Technical Requirements) and in annex 9 to the SWZ (Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order).
6. Purpose of the vehicle: The vehicle in police unmarked version will be used by the Police to carry out official tasks in accordance with annex 5 to the SWZ (WTT).
7. Details regarding the subject of the order, its realization, delivery location, warranty, liability, payments, principles and deadlines for execution, and other legal regulations are included in the draft agreement – annex 6 to the SWZ.
8. The contractor must offer and execute the subject of the order in accordance with the requirements of the SWZ and its annexes.
9. The subject of the agreement will be executed in accordance with the principles of modern technical knowledge, with due diligence, high quality of used materials, and applicable industry standards and legal regulations.
10. The contractor must have the necessary technical, staffing, and financial resources to execute the subject of the order in accordance with the contract and the requirements specified in the SWZ and its annexes.
11. During the term of the contract, the contractor shall at the request of the Ordering Party present for inspection documents confirming that the vehicle meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in annex 5 to the SWZ – (WTT).
12. The delivered subject of the order must meet the technical requirements specified in annex 5 to the SWZ – (WTT).
13. The Ordering Party will strictly enforce compliance of the delivered subject of the order with annex 5 to the SWZ – (WTT), its annexes, and with the offer submitted by the Contractor.
14. The vehicles being the subject of the order must be factory new, complete, free from construction, material, execution, and legal defects, produced in 2025.
15. The contractor undertakes to prepare and deliver the purchased subject of the agreement branded according to the guidelines concerning information and promotion of the project titled "Effective in Crisis" funded by the Internal Security Fund for the years 2021-2027 under recruitment No. FBWP.03.01-IZ.00-002/24. – in accordance with the draft agreement in annex 6 to the SWZ.
16. The contractor must attach documents in Polish, as mentioned in annex 5 to the SWZ – (WTT) to the issued vehicle.
17. The vehicle being the subject of the order must meet the technical requirements specified by the applicable regulations in Poland for vehicles moving on public roads, particularly the Act of June 20, 1997 - Traffic Law (t.j. Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 889 with amendments).
18. Delivery location: Voivodeship Police Headquarters in Gorzów Wlkp., ul. Kwiatowa 10, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp.
19. The contractor will deliver the subject of the order to the delivery location at their own cost and risk.
20. No later than 2 business days before the delivery date, the contractor will notify the Ordering Party in writing about the delivery, under penalty of ineffectiveness, to the address: Voivodeship Police Headquarters, ul. Kwiatowa 10, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., by e-mail: sekretariat.gmt@go.policja.gov.pl about the planned delivery date.
21. All annexes to the SWZ constitute an integral part of it.
