The subject of this public procurement is the provision of supplies for the Digital Pathology System consisting of the delivery of 1 (one) piece of a mounting machine for biopsy slides and 1 (one) piece of a fully automated scanner for histological/biopsy slides including IMS for management, display, and processing of digitized images for clinical and transplant pathology workplaces, including the complete installation of the supplied devices, as well as their commissioning and other obligations arising from the tender conditions or their annexes.
The devices, as well as all material and parts of the subject of the performance must be completely new, unused, unrefurbished, fully functional, of the highest quality provided by the manufacturer, must not be older than 12 months before their delivery, and must meet all technical parameters as they are detailed in Annex no. 14/A of these Terms and Conditions_Technical Specification of the Mounting Machine for Biopsy Slides and in Annex no. 14/B of these Terms and Conditions_Technical Specification of the Biological Slide Scanner.
For the above-mentioned item of the subject of performance of the public procurement, a complete set of accessories and consumables for immediate use of each supplied device must also be delivered to enable full instruction and to carry out a complete installation.
The subject of performance of the public procurement also includes ensuring free warranty service for both devices and subsequent post-warranty service for their lifetime, expected during the subsequent period of 10 years.
The scope of performance of the public procurement also includes ongoing supplies of goods - consumables, namely cover glasses and mounting media (hereinafter referred to as “goods” or “CM”) for the mounting machine for biopsy slides for a period of 48 months, further specified in Annex no. 14/C of these Terms and Conditions_Specification of Consumables for the Mounting Machine for Biopsy Slides (technical requirements) CM.
An integral part of the performance is also software support for the devices for a period of 5 years.
