The subject of the contract is expert consulting services aimed at creating a tailored ESG strategy and sustainability report that will enable selected municipal companies not only to meet existing and future expectations in sustainability and green economy but also to demonstrate to their clients, citizens of Bratislava, business partners, and financial institutions how they can fulfill their mission in accordance with the latest global requirements and technologies. The successful bidder for the aforementioned municipal companies will prepare a pilot sustainability report for the year 2024 in accordance with and in full compliance with the text of the CSRD directive (Directive of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2022/2464 of 14 December 2022, amending Regulation (EU) No. 537/2014, Directive 2004/109/EC, Directive 2006/43/EC, and Directive 2013/34/EU regarding the reporting of corporate sustainability information) and European sustainability reporting standards ESRS (Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2772 of 31 July 2023, supplementing the Directive of the European Parliament and Council 2013/34/EU regarding sustainability reporting standards) and carry out all actions and activities necessary to successfully achieve the above objective, including data collection or setting up a data collection process. The successful bidder will also prepare a sustainability report, including EU taxonomy, and specifically the calculation of the carbon footprint of individual companies in Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 in accordance with the requirements of the CSRD directive for the first year of publication for the year 2025.
