Acquisition of medical equipment necessary for the institute's laboratories to fulfill the activity's objectives. The supplier is obliged to deliver the ordered goods within a maximum of 60 days from the date of transmission of the firm order, but no later than December 19, 2025. The equipment is necessary for carrying out forensic medicine activities, an integral part of medical assistance, which includes conducting expertise, examinations, findings, laboratory tests, and other forensic works on living individuals, corpses, biological products, and bodies of crimes, in order to ascertain the truth in cases regarding crimes against life, bodily integrity, and health of individuals or in other situations provided by law, as well as conducting psychiatric forensic expertise and investigating parentage. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/candidacies: 15 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information 10 days before the established deadline for submitting offers.
