1. The subject of the order is the delivery of an electronic document circulation system based on a low-code platform along with integration with the systems EZD PUW and USOS owned by the contracting authority. The order will be carried out in the following stages:
1.1. Stage 1 - Delivery of the System, installation of environments and execution of the Pre-implementation Analysis
1.2. Stage 2 - Configuration and development of the System, conducting training for the employees of the Contracting Authority,
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ "Description of the subject of the order" (also referred to as OPZ).
"The order is financed under the EU project - Development Plan of the Project entitled "Modernization and equipping of teaching facilities in connection with the increase in admission limits for medical studies - Medical University of Lublin" being part of Investment D2.1.1 entitled "Investments related to the modernization and equipping of teaching facilities due to the increase in admission limits for medical studies", implemented under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan - component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system" as part of Agreement No. KPOD.07.05-IP.10-0023/24/KPO/1206/2025/99.
3. The Contractor is obliged to attach a statement current as of the date of submission of offers confirming that they are not excluded from the procedure and meet the conditions for participation in the procedure in the form of a Single European Document for Procurement (JEDZ) according to Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
4. GDPR (information obligation and obligation to apply): Information regarding the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data is specified in Chapter XXIII of the SWZ.
5. The Contractor is obliged to perform the order under the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract which are part of Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
