The framework agreement will be executed through the conclusion of follow-on contracts and the issuance of purchase orders under the terms of the specifications. The main tasks of the holder of this single-contractor framework agreement will be to assist the contracting authority in the set-up, launch and monitoring phases of its real estate operations and in accordance with the objectives, characteristics and methods of intervention more detailed in the specific technical specifications (CCTP) and which will be supplemented in the documents specific to these subsequent contracts (the list of benefits listed in the T&C of the Framework Agreement (which is neither exhaustive nor exhaustive). More occasionally, in the context of purchase orders, it may be called upon by the contracting authority to provide consultancy services and/or the production of documents on specific subjects outside specific real estate transactions
