The subject of the public procurement includes next-generation sequencing (NGS) - complete exome and targeted sequencing by individual lots. These genes are important for diagnosing and/or treating various solid tumors according to the guidelines of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) and medical literature. The analysis is conducted to identify the four types of genomic abnormalities (SNV, InDel, CNV, and Fusion) and also to generate results (TMB, bTMB, and MSI) that can assist in directing cancer immunotherapies.

The subject of this public procurement is divided into the following 4 lots, as follows:
Lot No. 1: Provision of services for Complete Exome Sequencing of genomic DNA
Lot No. 2: Provision of services for Targeted Sequencing of a panel of over 450 genes of tumor DNA isolated from a paraffin block
Lot No. 3: Provision of services for Targeted Sequencing of a panel of over 450 genes of cell-free tumor DNA isolated from a liquid biopsy
Lot No. 4: Provision of services for Targeted Sequencing of a panel of over 300 genes of tumor DNA isolated from a paraffin block

Funding: The public procurement will be funded with resources under contract No. BG-RRP-2.004-0007-C01 "Program for Strategic Research and Innovations for the Development of MU – Plovdiv (PSNIIR-MUP)", Pillar 2: Creating a Network of Research Universities, of the Program for Accelerating Economic Recovery and Transformation through Science and Innovation from the component "Innovative Bulgaria" of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
