1. The subject of the contract is the design and execution of supplies, construction works, and installations as part of the investment 'Installation of four complete air-source heat pump systems and photovoltaic installations together with energy storage for public utility buildings in the Municipality of Porąbka'. 2. The investment is carried out under the project titled 'We draw energy from nature - reducing pollution through the use of renewable energy sources in the Municipality of Porąbka', co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the state budget. 3. The planned investment task is intended to be implemented under the 'design and build' formula mentioned in Article 103 of the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (i.e., Dz.U. 2024, item 1320). The subject of the contract is described using the Functional and Utility Program (PFU), which forms one of the technical attachments describing the subject of the contract. 4. The scope of the public contract includes: 1) development of complete design documentation (design stage) along with obtaining necessary opinions, permits, etc., and performing author's supervision, 2) execution of construction works, including installation, its commissioning, and obtaining the required formal-legal documentation in accordance with applicable regulations allowing for the operation of renewable energy installations for the following public utility buildings: a) Primary School No. 1 in Porąbka - photovoltaic installation with a minimum capacity of 34.96 kWp, - energy storage with a minimum capacity of 80 kWh, - air-source heat pump for hot water production with a minimum capacity of 12 kW. - energy management system with weather station (integration of three technologies) b) Primary School in Bujaków - photovoltaic installation with a minimum capacity of 24.84 kWp, - two air-source heat pumps with a minimum capacity of 24 kW each. - energy management system (integration of two technologies) c) Public Nursery No. 2 in Czańcu - photovoltaic installation with a minimum capacity of 7.36 kWp, - air-source heat pump with a minimum capacity of 18 kW. - energy management system (integration of two technologies) d) Public Nursery in Kobiernice - photovoltaic installation with a minimum capacity of 41.86 kWp, - two air-source heat pumps with a minimum capacity of 18 kW each. - energy management system (integration of two technologies) 5.
