The present contract is concluded in the form of a composite contract:
- partly concluded in the form of an ordinary contract at a global and fixed price concerning the deployment, management, and maintenance of the remote reading system in three phases of deployment;
- partly in the form of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders in accordance with articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code for the following services:
o supply and installation of plumbing parts,
o supply of meters and radio modules (for additional needs),
o services concerning maintenance,
o tele-reading service for additional meters,
without minimum and with a maximum order amount of 4,000,000 euro(s) excluding VAT
