Lewisham Council is seeking to engage with suppliers for retrofit and decarbonisation works on the Pepys Estate, focusing on upgrades and installations related to energy efficiency and sustainability.
Lewisham Council is conducting pre-market engagement to inform the procurement strategy for retrofit and decarbonisation works on the Pepys Estate. This includes fabric and ventilation upgrades, decarbonised heating/cooling, PV-battery installations, and metering/billing solutions. The PME will explore third-party financing models (e.g., Energy as a Service). Outcomes will be shared publicly to ensure fairness.

The exact nature of the works and services is intended to be defined following sufficient pre-market engagement, but could include fabric and ventilation upgrades, decarbonised heating and cooling solutions, PV and battery storage installations, alongside exploration of metering and billing solutions.
