Description:
An open procedure is announced for the delivery of 18 specific lots of diagnostic tools aimed at implementing measures under Bulgaria's National Program for the prevention and control of animal diseases and zoonoses.

The Executive Director of the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFSA) announces an open procedure for awarding a public procurement contract for: "Delivery of diagnostic tools for the implementation of measures under the National Program for Prevention, Surveillance, Control, and Eradication of Animal Diseases, including zoonoses in the Republic of Bulgaria for the period 2025 – 2027." (Part II), for 18 (eighteen) specific lots:
1. Specific lot No. 1: In vitro diagnostic veterinary medicine for detecting Influenza A in birds by PCR - 51,000 doses with a total estimated value of 1,639,650 leva, respectively 17,000 doses annually with an estimated value for one year of 546,550 leva;
2. Specific lot No. 2: In vitro diagnostic veterinary medicine for the detection and quantitative determination of DNA from Coxiella burnetii (Q fever) in samples from cattle, sheep, and goats by real-time polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) - 12 doses with a total estimated value of 23,899.20 leva, respectively 4 doses annually with an estimated value for one year of 7,966.40 leva;
3. Specific lot No. 3: In vitro diagnostic veterinary medicine for the detection of antibodies against the Bluetongue virus in ruminants by ELISA - 20,424 doses with a total estimated value of 37,580.16 leva, respectively 6,808 doses annually with an estimated value for one year of 12,526.72 leva;
4. Specific lot No. 4: In vitro diagnostic veterinary medicine for the detection of the Bluetongue virus in ruminants by PCR - 2,100 doses with a total estimated value of 55,230 leva, respectively 700 doses annually with an estimated value for one year of 18,410 leva;
5. Specific lot No. 5: In vitro diagnostic veterinary medicine for the detection of the Bluetongue virus in ruminants in pooled samples from culicoides by PCR - 150 doses with a total estimated value of 4,095 leva, respectively 50 doses annually with an estimated value for one year of 1,365 leva;
6. Specific lot No. 6: In vitro diagnostic veterinary medicine for the detection of antibodies against the West Nile virus by ELISA - 11,550 doses with a total estimated value of 111,804 leva, respectively 3,850 doses annually with an estimated value for one year of 37,268 leva;
7. Specific lot No. 7: In vitro diagnostic veterinary medicine for the detection of antibodies against the West Nile virus by serum neutralization test - 1,035 doses with a total estimated value of 23,660.10 leva, respectively 345 doses annually with an estimated value for one year of 7,886.70 leva;
8. Specific lot No. 8: In vitro diagnostic veterinary medicine for the detection of the West Nile virus by PCR - 450 doses with a total estimated value of 7,695 leva, respectively 150 doses annually with an estimated value for one year of 2,565 leva;
9. Specific lot No. 9: In vitro diagnostic veterinary medicine for the detection of the West Nile virus by virus isolation - 150 doses with a total estimated value of 3,429 leva, respectively 50 doses annually with an estimated value for one year of 1,143 leva;
10. Specific lot No. 10: In vitro diagnostic veterinary medicine for the detection of lgM antibodies against the West Nile virus by ELISA - 288 doses with a total estimated value of 1,414.08 leva, respectively 96 doses annually with an estimated value for one year of 471.36 leva;
11. Specific lot No. 11: In vitro diagnostic veterinary medicine liquid media with growth indicator for bacteriological testing for tuberculosis - 750 doses and additives PANTA and OADC - compatible with 750 doses liquid media with a total estimated value of 11,925 leva, respectively 250 doses annually with an estimated value for one year of 3,975 leva;
12. Specific lot No. 12: In vitro diagnostic veterinary medicine Mycoprep kit - set for grinding/decontamination of tissue materials for bacteriological examination for tuberculosis - 780 doses in 11 packages of 10 bottles with a total estimated value of 1,770.60 leva, respectively 260 doses annually with an estimated value for one year of 590.20 leva;
13. Specific lot No. 13: In vitro diagnostic veterinary medicine - identification test for bacteriological diagnosis of tuberculosis - 300 pieces with a total estimated value of 7,602 leva, respectively 100 doses annually with an estimated value for one year of 2,534 leva;
14. Specific lot No. 14: In vitro diagnostic veterinary medicine - PCR for tuberculosis strains - 600 doses with a total estimated value of 17,832 leva, respectively 200 doses annually with an estimated value for one year of 5,944 leva;
15. Specific lot No. 15: In vitro diagnostic veterinary medicine - PCR for tissues for tuberculosis - 450 doses with a total estimated value of 10,287 leva, respectively 150 doses annually with an estimated value for one year of 3,429 leva;
16. Specific lot No. 16: In vitro diagnostic veterinary medicine for the detection of antibodies against the virus of the plague in small ruminants by ELISA - 17,558 doses with a total estimated value of 240,989.04 leva, respectively 5,853 doses annually with an estimated value for one year of 80,329.68 leva;
17. Specific lot No. 17: In vitro diagnostic veterinary medicine for the detection of the antigen of the virus of the plague in small ruminants by ELISA - 3,000 doses with a total estimated value of 35,940 leva, respectively 1,000 doses annually with an estimated value for one year of 11,980 leva;
